I had about R162.. air time in my account on saturday morning around 10 in the morning one hour later i tried to make a call only to get a message saying i have ran out of airtime.

all along i have been connecting to my wifi network and my packet data switch off, called the customer service only to get a respose that i was connecting to the internet, and no further explaination was issued, i spoke to three consultant and none of them where interested,
on monday i called again spoke to a very Helpfull lady called Eunice who told me I was connected to the internet from 10:26 until 10:34 and i was charged R120.00 for that session another session at about 10:52 until 10:58 and was charged R48.00 i asked how fast their internet is for a person to use that much in a space of 10Min she told me i must talk to the data support and i was met with a Filthy attitude even the supervisor came up with an excuse that the system was down and she cant do anything about it even if i can report her.how is that for customer service now i must wait until next month then i willget answers, thinking of moving from this stupid, expensive service provider that i m spending more that R600 per month on.!!!
