1stly my airtime just Miraculously disappears from my phone this is not the first time that it has happened, it would have not been an issue if it was small amount but the 1st this happened over R200.00 of my airtime vanished this time around is more than R150.00. I called Cell C the 1st time this happened and up until today i still have received feedback. When i do try and follow up I am advised someone will contact me back and guess what no one ever does.

2ndly every month Cell C Debit's my account for more than the agreed upon amount.
My contract is for R149.00 with a R49.00 recurring BIS for that totals to R198.00 on a monthly basis yet Cell C debit R207.00 on a monthly basis.
I have questioned that as well before but yest still awaiting a response.

Can anyone competent enough look into this matter and get back to me because i cannot be loosing my airtime and the extra amount wight not be allot but after almost 1 year and a half it should add up to something.
