Unhappy client due to lack of customer service

I received a letter stating thatI qualify for a upgrade. I contacted the store in menlyn and git info on which bb I could get at which price. I was told I could get a 9320 and that no costs would be involved. I requested that my Talk 200 also stay the same as I cant afford to pay more than 249.00 per month. on the 1st of June (Sat) I went to menlyn to upgrade. It took 4 and a half hours!!! but in the end all happy as I get my new phone, all fine.
Come 1 Aug my premuim on my bank account is reflected as R355.99.

FIRST CALL: The reason for the additional charge is BECASUE I DID NOT UPGRADE MY PHONE.ITS A PENALTY. -Line gets cut
CALL NO 2: Its it a normal charge because I upgraded (TWO MONTHS LATER!!!) AND I WAS NOT TOLD THAT I WILL BE PAYING A ADDITIONAL FEE.lINE GETS CUT
Call 3: The R355.66 is my NEW Monthly SUBSCRIPTION charge!!! I DID NOT UPGRADE MY PACKAGE. lINE GETS CUT
CALL 4: SPEND 15 MIN TELLING MY LOOOMG SAD STORY AND SUDDENLY THE LADY CANT HEAR ME ANYMORE - SUDDENLY LINE GOES VERY BAD!!! But would they phone you back??? They have the cell nUmber!!!
I WANT AN EXPLANATION - A VALID ONE NOW!!!
