I requested an account @ mtn on the 23th July and it was approved on the 25th Joyce informed me she will not be available i should ask for Rinky to collect the IPAD i did just that then while busy assisting me his colleague asked her to help him with his clients she then expained that im as much important as them and his clients where whites he said he will help me then Rinki went and help them while busy he complaint alot teling how he doesnt like Joyce and he would even leave me, then after an hour and half he den got help from another consultant assited him.now on the 30th july my IPAD was not having a service i sent my partner on the 31 to the store then i strarted to worry about the service i got on the 25 while @ work i called Joyce bcos my partner was in the store then she told me that my simcard wsa deactivated on the 29 which i didnt do it i decided that i got bat service on the 25 now deactivation i was enough about mtn then told her i want to cancel she then said its ok i can come and do that but i wil pay suscription anywhere saying im bridging the contract, how can i continue with these kind of service its like the dont care about me or what i think as long i signed
