What an unpleasant shopping and bad attitude

I Went to apply for Game card last month at Game Festival Mall, They told me they need either a Id book or Drivers licence, i then gave them my licence like my wife always do as well, Saturday 23/02/2013 Kwena called me to say my card has been approved i must come collect it she didn't tell what to bring i then assumed it will be the same licence i applied with, i got there they tell no they need an ID Book, i said but you never told me to bring it and she said i did (Indirectly calling me a lair now on sunday) Then Joyce stepped and said procedures they have to follow, My response was i understand there's procedures every where the best they should have done to advice of their procedures in place prior before i wasted my fuel. I then said well i cant drive back here lets cancel then card then if there's no way you can help me, With great pleasure and the i DON'T CARE attitude from Joyce she gladly picked up her phone and cancelled it didn't't even bother to refer the matter to her senior. Maybe my R15 000 rand to spend was too less for you guys but i thought u'll appreciate my business.i've been treated like dirt by Joyce and she made me feel valueless at their shop.
