BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sunday the 24th March 2013, my friends and i stopped at the Caltex Xanadu to put petrol in and buy some refreshments. The service we received from a lady named Joyce was unacceptable, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. My cousin wanted to pay via a credit card, however when Joyce swiped the card it took very long to process, and did not go through. Joyce did not tell us what the problem was she just continued helping other customers, we waited about 15 minutes. After the 3rd try, we asked what the problem was as she wasn't telling us the problem, she said there's a problem with the card. My cousin told her that it was impossible as there is money in the account, so we told her to try it again, Joyce kept making remarks in her own language to the Petrol Attendant as well as helping other customers even when the payment went through we had to wait. When we were done and she gave us the credit card back with our purchases, she didn't thank us or greet us goodbye, she just stared at us blankly. I find this unacceptable and Incompetent, Joyce needs to learn customer service, i am very wary about going back to a Caltex as she has made a bad impression on Caltex.
