Joyce makes Edcon's image look good

Last week, I called and emailed Edcon's fashion hotline looking for La Senza lingerie. I received a call from Joyce Letlape who did everything she could, liasing with the other stores, giving me regular updates in between but unfortunately didn't get my sizes:( I felt at ease as i knew she had tried her best. I emailed her this morning with another query and she called me within the hour with some details of what I needed to do and went on to contact the relevant stores to tell them what I needed and that I would be coming and to arrange everything. Its very rare to find such great service nowadays. People are angry out there.

I just wanted to give credit where it is due. I wish I could clone people like Joyce into the many service oriented organisations.
