MTN Call centre unhelpful and sick of MTN nonsense

I have had endless drama with MTN, and now I am sick of it. I received my invoices for July this week, and for some reason my data account is R200 more than it has been for more than a year. I called the call centre, and like with every other issue I have had I find them unhelpful. I was told I used all my data and that is why they charged me which surprised me, as I have had carry over data almost every month. After telling the woman this, she suddenly tells me that my switched data charges did not go through in a previous month and that is why I was charged. I went back and checked my invoices, so I have been charged for that specific item every month, and the cost around R5 now this month it is R165 plus vat. So if this did not go through for the month this woman refers to, why is there a charge on my invoice for that month for the same item? even if it is very small. I find the level of service at MTN very poor. and can not wait for my contract to finish. Please teach your call centre that it might be rude to treat your customers like monkeys.
