Services not working

My last post on Hellopeter was 16 July and I was phoned an made promises yet again...
Now it's the 1st of August and absolutely NOTHING has happened since the last call I received on 17 July. I was yet again promised that someone from the 'technical team' will phone me.
I'm starting to wonder if this 'technical team' even exists because I have been promised for 2 months now that they will call me...

I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME!!! HOW LONG MUST I WAIT!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

THIS IS PATHETIC!

I'm still tethering with my MTN phone, because even though I have poorer signal with MTN than with CellC, at least it's working!!! And i'm still paying extra for another service provider because the one I have a contract with cannot provide the service i'm paying for!

don't you even feel guilty?
