New contract, no cellphone and Pathetic Service

I recently took out a new contract at Cell C in Welkom free State while on holiday (26 June). I noticed a fault on the phone and took it into Cell C Century City within the 7 day period (3 July). The service I received at this store was absolutely shocking and disgusting to think that they treat their customers this way. I would not have received any proof of handing in my phone until I asked for it. Then the team lead Karla, who also took a call while assisting me, gave me a receipt for returning a loan phone. She lost interest in my problem because it was so clear that the caller was flirting with her. When I asked for proof of handing in my phone she gave me a receipt for returning a loan phone. Friday 12 July, I have still not received any correspondence on the status of my phone. I went into the store and spoke to Carl (the manager) who promised that the phone should be at his store by the Monday 15 July. Its now Wed 17th July and still no phone. I've had to deal with team leads because managers were never present or was not interested in my problem, I'm paying for a contract but have no phone. I don't want a repaired phoned I want a new phone.
