Cell C
Debit order continuing after contract has ended

I took out a contract with cell c, in December 2012, for my son. With this contract he was promised 50 free games, it took Cell C 3 months to get back to him, turned out they were not free. Cell c gave me 6 months off the original contract, stating that it will be terminated after the 24 month period. This morning i promptly get a debit going through for a R132-00, are these these guys plain incompetent, dont they get idea if they are useless, why would one try consider continuing a contract, which is made out of false promises and really upsetting my son, about false promises.
