Poor delivery/ no response result= business losses

Last week Tuesday the 23rd July, I consulted with a guy call Nathan at Cresta MWeb. I wanted him to create a domain for my new business name as I was undergoing business name change, which has a huge client base. All my communication on the old address would be re-directed to the new address. As per the promise (that this would all be up and running on the following Monday the 29th July), I looked forward to this working out - on Monday.. I didn't get any help on Monday after giving this thing a promised day's grace. I physically went to get help on Tuesday the 30th, the store was looking completely different as they were on some relocation promo. I waited for the IT guy, Thabo, who was on an endless loo break, while the guy on the front guy on the desk there tried to help me but fumbled hopelessly as he didn't know what he was doing. Eventually Thabo arrived and he then called the main IT supplier for Mweb. He then reported that they would contact me within 24 hours. Today (the 31st) I still haven'r received any call and I have been dealling with clients who keep telling me emails they send to me keep bouncing back. This is costing me heavily on current and potential business.
