Poor Service, Cut off and NO EMAIL

On the 17 and 19th Dec 2012 I sent MWEB a request to transfer my domain and transfer my email. The 17th REF# 20121217000009 request I was sent the wrong form by mweb and sent a new one to complete which I did on the 19th Dec REF# 20121219004474. On about the 11th Jan 2013 my email address [Email Removed] stopped working. I assumed the domain was being transferred and that it would soon be up and running on the new server so I did not stress. Today is the 21st Jan and its still not working. So MWEB has cancelled my email and failed to follow the org.za rules for voting to transfer a domain with the result that I am sitting without email. On top of this I called the call centre 4 times and was passed around and cut off 4 times. The last person I called was Anna. This is not customer service. I want MWEB to send org.za a 'vote' inPLAIN TEXT as per their rules to allow the transfer. I also want my email restored immediately so that I can get my correspondence and conduct my work. This is a very poor reflection on MWEB customer service... Im on hold again this time for 10 minutes so far...
