IPhone 5 repairs/warranty issue with MTN HVRC

Booked in my iPhone 5 for repairs at MTN STORE - cnr Rivonia & Summit in Morningside on 10th of July 2013, as it had software issues and is still under warranty. The phone was received by the HVRC, the repair centre, on the 12 of July 2013. Checked-in on the progress of repairs the following week, and have been given the run around ever since. Everyday i call in im told something different. And this is after ive made deposit R2500 for phone to be replaced since my phone had a scratch and for it to be replaced under warranty that amount must be paid, i was told initially

Now the story has changed. I'm still being told that its in 4repairs, this is after ive made the payment

And now when requesting to speak to supervisor im told their not at their workstation and they will call me back to no vail. This is so frustrating cause even the call centre agents are disrespectful and not interested. And ive been so unfortunate to receive a guy named Phaphama who is just not interested and unhelpful.

I now want to take MTN to the telecommunication Ombudsman. Cause this is just unacceptable as no feedback is ever received fom the service provider.
