Hi MTN,

I did get a response from you the last time that limited stock is coming by the end of July. I phoned the shops again after that to Pre-Order. The one shop tells me it is not coming. The other Shop tells me it is only for new lines and not upgrades.

So now from your answers I assume now stock is coming although it is limited. I would then like to know is it true that it is only for new contracts?

If so I feel that is utterly disgusting. I have been a client with you since 1999. So I hope that is not the case.

Please revert to me soonest so that I can know if it is time to move to another provider. I have threatened before but stupid loyalty kept me waiting.

And also please make a plan to let the rest of the people representing you also know what is going on. Then they can actually help clients with queries.
