MTN keeping money they from me

Seems like MTN decided to ignore my complaint. My contracted increased by R59 with no valid explanation. I sometimes wonder if MTN cares about their customers.
Last year an account was opened with MTN using my details, I reported this matter with MTN and it was resolved, however My credit report has not been cleared. Its funny that they are kick in opening this account but they take so many years assist you. I hate MTN for making my life difficult.
