Still making life difficult!!!

After getting feedback about my situation with Jet (your reference 2609130165/GO) I had Jet phoning me and asking me again for the documents that has been send so may times. This matter is not getting resolved and is costing me time and money AGAIN!!! Game and Mr Price has excepted all documents and caused me no further hassles. Why is JET making life so difficult for me???
