I hate you guys, you are ruining my life. You have done nothing to help me. Nothing. I ask for someone senior to contact me, yet you ignore me, i ask for managers you ignore me, i ask for someone to call me as i am overseas but you send me an email. Then you respond on hellopeter advising me that my query has been resolved to my satisfaction??? Are you mad?? I hate you so much, You have no idea how much you are hurting me. I have no money in Europe because of you. But what the do you care.
