About a year ago I highlighted the horrible ordeal my mother was going through because 8ta could not get their accounts in order and were failing to institute a simple debit order.

They responded after I complained here on HelloPeter, they got a representative to call us and explain that due to the inconvenience my mother had suffered, they were cancelling the contract and we could keep the blackberry.

Now a year later, they sent my mother a letter notifying her that they are handing her over for non payment and are demanding an amount to the tune of R5000.00. I am completely disgusted with 8ta. I urge anybody in their right mind not to deal with 8ta. Their response does not settle with me as honest dealing at all. I am highlighting this incident so that it can be a warning to all other well intention-ed people so that they can be aware of the totally unacceptable and unethical practice at 8ta.
