Blackmail???

My mother had problems with her health a few months back, and during that time couldn't pay her HomeChoice account. We contacted the Credit Manager who was very happy with us and made arrangements for the arrears that had been incurred, and since then we have kept to our arrangement religiously.

My mother has received 6 phone calls in one evening, 2 of them forced my mother to give them a payment date, "or else we will call you everyday". My mother made sure that she placed on record that she was forced into giving an exact date for full payment of the account - something of which she was laughed at.

I am appalled and DISGUSTED at this behaviour. I have heard so many bad things about this company, and now I have reached my limit. I will also be handing this matter over to the Credit Ombudsman. There seems to be NO ONE who can assist me with this, they all keep saying that "no one" is there to help me or my mother.
