Dear, UPS.
There is a new technology called phones. It enables one to give information much faster than sending a driver first. I'm not trying to tell you how to do your jobs, but would it not be faster and more efferent to call me and tell me what the ransom fee is? You currant way of sending a driver once to tell me what the payable fee is, then sending him again a day or to later again to deliver the package is a little bit counter productive? I've gotten use to the way of doing things and I've learnt a long time ago that it arguing with you is only a waste of time. After all, calling me a ahead of time before delivering a package is just silly right? Hopefully soon the company who sends me my goods will start using someone with more that two brain cells. Just in case you did not know this, but that was sarcasm.
