Honesty a lost concept with Autopage

Hi, I took out a contract with Altech Autopage last year this time. It was for a laptop and modem with 2GB data pm. I thought it was a brilliant price for my pocket at R199.00 per month.

I queried repeatedly from Reena the lady at the Reservoir Hills branch if there were any hidden costs, as I had been before with another company and was wary. She said there were no hidden costs except for the initial connection fee. I was happy. Until my statements reflected R349.00, I went to query this and she said it was connection fees. This was Nowhere in the contract either. Fast forward to December, my bill comes to R600.00 approximately and I am disconnected and blocked because I went past my data limit. How could I go past a limit when I set it at R50.00? I refused to pay the bill as I had not been informed right at the start that the limit was a lie.
Nono at head office and Reena at Reservoir Hills both were aggressive when I mentioned the R50.00 limit and denied the limit existed within Autopage, when I mentioned that I have proof via the sms's sent to me, they were silent. Autopage play fair&honest. Charging me approximately R5000 is daylight &dishonest!
