This has been going on for far too long. My primary number (mtn) has been discnnected now for over a month. I has been blocked for no reason by Nashua and I don't even have a contract with Nashu Mobile. The inidvidual responsible for this is Fidelus, who I've spoken to and who promised on the 29/07/13 that by the end of business on the 30/07/13 my number will be active again, aftr communicating with him via email n phne calls, he promised he would have my number activated by the 31/07/13 and yet nothing has happened, neither have I heard from him except for him explaining (on a call I made to HIM) that he is waiting for MTN to reinstate MY number which is nonsense. I need my number back ASAP. Is there anyone at Nashua Mobile that can be professional and keep to the word they give? What kind of a company is this? Why must WE suffer for the mistakes that some of Nashua Mobiles staff cause/create bcoz of their failure to educate themselves on such matters. Fidelus thumb sucked responses to me n couldn't explain y my number was dc! He blamed the branch when I saw for myself that the branch resolved the matter after my 1st complaint! Who do I contact next? Do I need legal assistance nw?!
