This is my 2nd complaint here about MTN and not expecting much from them ito resolving my problem so guess I am just venting. After my last complaint here I had to submit a long email form about my issues with coverage in my area. They replied to 2 emails and then didnt even bother to reply to all the others when i tried to get some feedback. Now I have loaded 2 complaints (one last week and one today) on their website and NO response. So my question is, should a telecommunications company be so busy with music awards and all kind of other sponsorships (For which they pay with money they make out of us the stupid consumer) that they forget what their core business is? When is something going to be done about the absolute rip-off that is happening in this industry where 90% of my bill is to call back people because of dropped lines. Is that how they ensure they make money? I just know that their dont care attitude towards their customers is shocking.
