I tried contacting you and failed

I spoke to MBD today, the reason for my call was to find out if there's an alternative reply address to the emails we receive from MBD since I have received a response to two email I sent. The first thing I was asked was a reference number which I did not have at the time of the call, and I was automatically told that I won't get help even though my query did not require any system retrieved information but just an email address. To cut the long story short, MBD cut my call because I am wasting their time. I thought the main purpose of their call center was to assist customer and help the company make revenue, however it seem like all they know is the threaten and intimidate customers with their low IQ and 0% customer care consideration. When I tried calling again, somehow all their line got busy. And it made me wonder, are you so much striving to provide bad service that you even forget the purpose of your existence, collect money?
Anyway, please get your email people, your call center and your SMS people to work in unison, because really the call center does not know that you sent out emails to customers, ...See next post
