Need some response

I am not complaining about Kia... yet! I am more interested to find out why they do not respond to all the complaints that have been put on this medium.
I have noticed only one compliment to endless complaints. I understand that when people are upset they will vent, I myself have used this platform for such venting. But... Kia seem to ignore every complaint that is here, I am in the market for a new vehicle and the Kia Brand was on my list, I have looked here to see what people say, and it worries me that the PR for Kia seem to not care at all. Every other motor vehicle company I search reply to complaints, granted it is a standard response, but at least they acknowledege there is a complaint.
So my question to Kia is, do you really care about your customers or are you only interested in the sale?
I seriously doubt I will be buying Kia... sad really.
