I am experiencing this problem for over 2 years now every time i load airtime to my phone at night the next morning all the airtime is gone i tried on numerous occations to call the customer help line 114 i never get a good reason why it happens and it came to a point where i am scared to load airtime and it interferes with my work as i need to call customer's and i can't because as soon as i load airtime it dissapears.
