Never take out a 8 ta contract

Took out a blackberry 9360 with Telekom, most of the time the signal drops, when i surf the internet the signals drops and search again, bbm messages don't go through some time, not bbm but the 8 network, took a bbm that was on mtn and msg immediately delivered, but with my bbm only red cross... When phoning, most of the time only the 4 time calling the number the the call goes through, I want to cancel this contract without the penalties as this is not my fault but your poor network, cant believe 8ta is on the market! This service is pathetic! I had this problem since it I took out the contract 6 months ago, thought it will get better, i wish... I phoned them and its gonna take 7 working-days, for what? I want this contract cancelled without the penalties. Cant pay for your poor network signal! Please phone me and tell me when you debiting my acc for the last time and where i can drop your phone off, i also want to port the number to vodacom.
