I am not happy first I had to lay a complaint on Hallo Peter for you to cancel my contract and now i have to do so again! I wanted to cancel for a reason and because it was a premature cancellation i had to pay the remaining months left on the contract which i think is bull because I wont be using BIS or calling so I am not costing you any money according to me when you cancel you must pay the phone off not the whole contract! But anyway! I paid the cancellation fee in full which was almost R1000 (THE AMOUNT INCLUDING JULY) I received my bill this weekend only to see I have been charged R218.47 for July... WHY??? If it was payed off in the cancellation amount!!!
I am adding Mateemane Legote's name here because she is the one that dealt with my cancellation and I e-mailed her about this problem Monday but have received no response.
