I'm extremely frustrated. I have been trying everyday for 2 weeks now to get my phone activated and ported to the by FNB/Cell-C. I have not contact anyone who can help. Been back and forth between Cell C and FNB and nothing... Cell C says that I need to contact FNB but FNB just says they will escalate the issue. These call centres have been useless. I was told someone from head office will contact me about the porting and nothing.. I have moved banks now and i'm starting to regret it. Contacting a person who can help you is a nightmare and clearly shouldn't be the case for the customer? I was looking forward to changing networks and using my new phone within a week of getting my phone, and yet its a ongoing "will it happen today? " feeling i have.
