Bad service

I have ordered a phone via telephone and was approved. It was said that the phone would be delivered at my workplace on the 28 june 2013 it did not happen. I phoned to find out they say it was send back coz i was not available. I then told them to deliver at my homeaddress. And im still waiting ive phoned and emailed them various times with no success. They have debited my account but i still havent recieved my phone.
