Took phone to cellc workshop 4repairs, it phones out but goes off if a call/sms comes. i collect it last week, dey did not tell me its nt fixed. when i put it on it went off. the guy told me its beyond economic repairable my 1yr warranty is finished. Found my contract which shows i signed on the 17/08/2012, went back 2day spoke to the guy who said he is TJ, I asked why he about the warranty, said its on their system & now he said there is water damage i asked them to print but said printer is not working they showed me the screen it said visible corrossion.so frustated when i brought the phone 2 wks ago i forgot to take out my sim card i phone 2 ask dem to keep it and they said they gave me. bought a new sim card to do the sim card but it was not connected, they said my adress doesnt correspond with records, i must take proof of adress there at the workshop, i found an indian lady with tatoos she said she cant help me after checking on the system she realised that my other number is due for upgrade. she said she will help if i take a new contract with her. i couldnt use my number for 2weeks and when i colected my cell the sim was there. The staff was unprofessional and rude.
