On the 15th I wrote a complaint about my line that was down for the 3rd time, this is now number 4!!! MY LINE IS DOWN AGAIN AND YOU BETTER FIX IT OR COME AND REMOVE YOU FROM MY HOUSE. I also want to ask you to please bill me for the full month and see what happens. From now on I will NOT PAY for a service you can not deliver. FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
