After loading data on a 8Ta modem, Telkom offers their clients 10Gig wi-fi access from their wi-fi hotspots.
This is a case of enticing people to believe they have a service at their disposal only to find out it does not work.

After registering on the website for self-service login, the wi-fi link for settings does not work. The authentication details used to log in don't work on the wi-fi, and after several calls that either drop or the customer consultant insists that the authentications should work... then tell you to switch off your laptop and then switch it on again... if that is really the extent of their knowledge on what to do then they should be on cell assistance, not data assistance.
