Telkom ADSL again not working

After my last complaint (see my previous 3 Telkom reports), Telkom fixed something at their exchange side and the service improved for a while. I still had to reboot the modem a few times every day to get it to work properly every day, but at least I had service about 80 to 90% of the time. Then after a few weeks the service started deteriorating again (as with my previous complaints) and on some days I only have service for about 20% of the time. I decided to upgrade to a 4M line to see if this wouldn't help (and here I had to phone twice to get the service upgraded and had to speak to 2 unfriendly salespeople too). In any case, it was upgraded to 4M last week, but still the problems persist. My work has given me permission to work at home 1 day per week granted that I have proper Internet access - I have to get access to clients' servers, but at the moment I cannot do that. I can't even use 3G as the signal is too weak. Why can't Telkom jut fix their ADSL service once and for all - I'm paying for it and cannot use it - I NEED IT FOR MY WORK!!!
