I'm extremely unhappy about the treatment I'm given by Cell C. Since I reported the faulty phone given to me I still haven't received any call from Cell C. I'm now heading towards a month since I reported it. I called them and sent them message through their website several times but I still haven't received a positive feedback like a valued customer. I've been with Cell C for 6 faithful yrs and this is the treatment I get. On your response you told me that Sandros from Cell C was to contact me and that was on the 24th July 13 and till today I heard nothing from that person. Please help me get this message to them that - I WANT THEM TO COME AND TAKE THIS FAULTY PHONE GIVEN TO ME AND ON THE SAME DAY OF COLLECTION THEY MUST BRING ME A BRAND NEW PHONE. I no longer want them to come and collect for checkups and come back after few months to tell me that it's fixed because it was given to me with faults. Cell phone is part of my work benefits and I'm struggling to do my job because I'm carrying a phone that's not functional as it should whereas I've upgraded. I expect a call from a senior person who'll tell me when to expect my new phone and not stories because time for stories has past
