To date I have not received any response on my complaint logged in February this year. I also kept to my promise and failed to pay Cell C, even after one of their pathetic accounts clerks threatened me telephonically. The only response I have received from Cell C was to pay my account. Not to mention my 3G sim card that I cancelled within 7 days of signing the contract because of the signal issue in January, is still not cancelled - 8 months later. Every now and again I get a call regarding it, but who knows. Maybe somebody decided to educate Cell C staff on how to cancel things the right way. I phoned Cell C tech about 2 weeks ago, a few times (signal again which is remarkable as my phone always tells me 100% signal with 3G coverage), I get sent an sms of an article that was published on mybroadband - how professional? As far as I am concerned, Cell C are a bunch of incompetent. Spend less money on advertising and more on coverage perhaps? 8 months down the line and I am still an uphappy client. Do they care? Not at all. I'll just get another automated response as I am just another number to them. I wont be renewing with these again...
