So disappointing

I moved from Cell C to MTN because I was tired of the poor service I received. How disappointing then that my first dealings with MTN can only be described as pathetic. I joined MTN with a contract that includes a TV and I have now been waiting 4 weeks for delivery. I was told that 2 weeks was the LONGEST I would have to wait for delivery, and I immediately informed them that delivery had not taken place. Since then I have been in contact with Rowena and Ilse at MTN Stellenbosch Square almost daily without results. True, they remained friendly but totally ineffective. If MTN is going to make use of intermediaries like Brightpoint and CourierIT in this case, it is MTN's responsibility to make sure that these intermediaries are up to scratch. I have been told since last week Monday that the TV is on it's way and that I could expect it that same day!!! Totally ridiculous, ineffective, unsatisfactory, pathetic service. I'm so disappointed
