I am so frustrated I hardly have the words to describe this ridiculous situation. I was supposed to receive a TV from MTN more than 2 weeks ago as part of my contract. I was told the max time I would have to wait for delivery is 2 weeks, when I did not receive my TV within two weeks I contacted MTN to investigate, another week passed before I finally got a tracking number from them. It then turned out CourierIT had delivered my TV to someone else. I then made them aware that it was not me who received the TV and that they still have to deliver a TV to me. Another week passes and finally the courier company reaches my office and then refuses to give me the TV as it is not my name on the waybill, it is the name of the person who had taken my TV the week before, as they delivered it to the wrong address. So, still no TV. Between MTN, Brightpoint and CourierIT you have made a massive muck up of things, each blaming the other and I am the one who is still without a TV . I have given you ample time to rectify the situation, I diligently contacted the correct people and remained calm all to no avail. Such a depressing state of affairs.
