I upgraded my cellphone contract with MTN and received my Samsung Galaxy Pocket in store almost 3 weeks ago. I was promised my TV will be delivered by Brightpoint within 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I stared e-mailing with a consultant from Brightpoint and last friday she told me my order got lost as to MTN's systems were offline. She then confirmed via e-mail about an hour later, that she now received my usd order and it will be poccessed this past monday. Monday I again e-mailed the consultant from Brightpoint (and I have to say till this point she was very helpful and almost immediately replied) and then I was told the usd cannot be processed and I have to wait up to another 2 and a half weeks only to process, nevermind the delivery. I send 4 e-mails up to date since then, received delivery and read reports, but NO reply. This is not bad service, THIS IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. How can they make promises and expect me to pay for something I don't have. Brighpoint/Samsung/Mtn - whoever is the responsible one, this is not the way to treat loyal and paying clients. It most certainly cannot take more than a month to only process a usd order. This is TOTALLY UNEXCEPPTABLE!
