No delivery after five weeks!!!

I placed an order for a special DVD (Imported) and was given a delivery date of 3 October. I had made arrangements for this DVD to be shown to members of our club, based on this delivery date. I phoned Takealot on Monday 30 to confirm that delivery was still on schedule. It was confirmed to me that delivery would be as arranged. I phoned again today to make sure that delivery would be tomorrow. This is when I was told that it would be some time next week, but no date could be provided. I think that this service is pathetic and very much a take it or leave it attitude. This is my first dealings with TAKEALOT [URL Removed] and will certainly be the last. I have purchased many items from [URL Removed] and will only deal with them again in future.
