Cell C
3months, 2visits and 100calls later till no help!

I had an ac with cell c in 2010&it was written off. Feb this yr i contact cell c via email to make payments. I was quoted a bal of R2880. I emailed back to say il pay /-R400, starting end of feb. End of Feb, I tried to make payment via electronic banking it couldn't go through. I later called cell c to advice them of this, and I was told to go and make direct cash deposits, rather becoz of the ref no. End of march made payment. End of April made a payment. Total paid=R1200, 00.I emailed cell c in May about the bal, I was told to contact pholosa attorneys. The amount handed to them was R3800. I asked about the R1200 I has paid to date they said I must ask cell c. I called the cell c legal dept, they referred me to pholosa, they referred me back to cell c. I ended up going to the cell c offices in Rivonia on 2occasions, to ask them to adjust the amount handed to pholosa., I was sent an email that they have given pholosa the adjusted balance, when I called pholosa they told me that there's no such. I cant even pay toward this acc becoz pholosa does not give banking details unless I'm settling the whole amt, which they are quoting me now as R4000. Please help me resolve this matter.
