Vodacom are fliy by nite

Hello,

I took a contract like 21 months ago which I was on my choice top up by Vodacom and I recieved a call from a lady and I thing she was a call centre Agent who sold me this idea that they could pick up that I make a lot of recharges on my Data bundles and she suggested that I take an M package so that I can always have a units and get 300 sms, 300 megabytes and 120 minutes.

during the month of June I was billed R1400 and I felt not what just happened but when my July bill came back I was shocked and fell off the chair, it was an amount of R 2500. Even someone who earns more that 50 000 pm cannot be billed that,

I wish VOdacom can return my funds and end their contract as they dont have the capacity to perform their objective.

Hope my compaint will be taken in serious light and that I may be paid back whats due to me.
