ADSL line never installed

Hi. I ordered an ADSL line and account for a customer reference 77277617A on the 24th April 2013. Telkom sent an sms asking for a R700 deposit (no banking details etc in the sms). The deposit was paid on the 16th May 2013 (I have the receipt). Customer is being billed for the service for 4 months now, but they still do not have a line!!! I've called the contact centre and wasted hours being pushed to various departments, but nobody can actually fix the problem. I've been told the deposit is not reflecting so I was transferred to accounts department, but they say they can't help and I end up in residential, who say this is a business customer so back to the beginning. I ask to speak to a manager and they put the phone down or I am transferred back to the beginning of the whole process i.e. press 1 for... since when is a automated voice system the manager? I'm on the verge of losing my support contract with the client and I will hold Telkom responsible. What on earth do I have to do to get such a simple problem fixed?
