No ADSL / telephone service for over a month

On the 21 June, all connectivity was lost at home. I logged a ticket on the 24th June. Till date no repairs have been done, even after numerous calls to have this escalated within Telkom.

There however seems to be nothing wrong with Telkom's billing system.
