NO CUSTOMER SERVICE / POOR RECEPTION CAUSING PROB

VODACOM ADVERTISES THEY ARE THE BEST.. YET YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY SERVICE... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COME BACK WHEN TOLD THERE IS A PROBLEM... I WANT AN ANSWER BY TOMORROW 4PM IF NOT I AM TAKING YOU TO COURT. THIS PROBLEM IS CAUSING A MAJOR PROBLEM IN MY MARRIAGE.. AS MY HUSBAND IS IN AFGHANISTAN.. VODACOM IS THE ONLY SUPPLIER OF COMMUNICATION IN MY AREA... LAMPIESBAY.. THERE IS NO TELKOM SERVICE HERE EITHER...
I have requested more than a month ago for a aerial to be put up here by me for poor reception... so far nothing has been done.. I have been promised every week they will send someone as I have a pole and antennae.. it has to be erected and pointed to the correct area. I again wrote last week on Vodacoms FB page
. so far no one has come back to me.. is this how we are treated after spending over two to three thousand a month on a vodacom account... I want a answer.. or now.. as you are pushing me in a corner and causing major problems in my marriage.. I am taking you to court.. I am sending my attorney all the info on how many times I have contacted your offices and here.. still nothing gets done... I spend thousands every month for my service.. I want an answer please
