Neotel keeps debiting after contract cancelation

I have cancelled my monthly contract with Neotel on 23March, fully following procedure of giving them 20 working day notice and now over the month later they continue to debit my bank account even afteri received notification from their customer retention department where they informed me that i am no longer on their books. Therefore - this continuation of debit is niothing but a.

I have requested my bank to reverse this debit and i am contemplating (as advised by the bank) to go to police and open the case against them.
So, WARNING to all future Neotel's customer - be careful when you dealing with this company. They are bunch of unethical theaves.
