Since last week I wanted this laptop and surprisingly, I recieved it today. To your manager or supervisor, I think she deserves a good raise or reward. We need people like her. She understood my frustration, calmed me down and took me through the process. In the end today, I got my laptop. Chantel I tried calling to say thank you but I could not reach you.
