Good customer service and good attitude

I would like to say think you very to Chantel the customer care
Consultant from the vodacom data department who really went out of her way
To make sure my problem regarding my vodamail account [Email Removed] was solve.
The consultant was very nice and polite and
I really like the fact that she went an extra mile to my sure that my problem was resolved
And she was also patient with, now these are the type of people who are giving
Vodacom a good name and make us proud of being vodacom subscribers.
Now my vodamail email is working perfectly fine thank to her after having two weeks of trouble with it.
Petty I don't know which Branch is she working and also done know her surname but
She assisted me on the 17/06/2013
And I would really appreciate it if my compliment gets to reach her n her manager or supervisor.
