Lately I have been having a very unlucky streak in general in terms of call centre service, efficiency and overall helpfulness - mostly due to insolence and incompetence. I spoke to Chantel this morning and she was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. She offered to email me the information, which I received within minutes of ending the call. We all know that customer service in SA isn't of the best, but with people like Chantel on the other end of the line, there might be hope yet for improvement. Thanks a million Chantel!! Telkom (and all other customer care centres), you are more than welcome to employ more people like her!
